All items must be returned in unused condition, with the original packaging intact. For fragrance products, this means the bottle must remain sealed and the atomiser (spray) must not have been used.
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We offer exchanges on eligible items. To request an exchange, please contact us with your order number and details of the item you’d like instead.
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt and must be unused, in their original packaging. For fragrance, this means the bottle must remain unopened and the atomiser (spray) must not have been used.
Once approved, we’ll arrange your exchange.
We recommend using a tracked and, where possible, insured service when returning your order, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
If your return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, return shipping costs will be refunded.
For all other returns, including change of mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
