Our £15 first-birthday credit is valid on 100ml fragrances only. Any other Fragrance Fund credit in your balance can still be used according to the usual Fragrance Fund rules.

No. Fragrance Fund credit cannot be redeemed against 5ml fragrances or gift cards.

Review rewards are only issued for verified reviews submitted through the post-purchase review email sent after delivery. Once your review has been approved and published, £2 credit will automatically be added to your Fragrance Fund balance.

Yes. Each reward has its own expiry date, which is displayed inside your wallet activity feed.

Yes. Fragrance Fund credit works alongside most promotions and gifts with purchase.

Any credit earned from refunded orders may be adjusted or removed from your Fragrance Fund balance.
