How to return

To request a return, please contact us with your order number and details.

If approved, your item should be returned to:

Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. For fragrance, this means the bottle remains unopened and the atomiser has not been used.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges on eligible items.

To request an exchange, please contact us with your order details and preferred replacement.

All items are inspected upon return and must be unused, with the original packaging intact. For fragrance, this means the bottle remains unopened and the atomiser has not been used.

Once approved, we’ll arrange your exchange.


Returns shipping

We recommend returning your item using a tracked and, where possible, insured service, as we’re unable to accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

If your return is due to a faulty or incorrect item, return shipping costs will be refunded.

For all other returns, including change of mind, shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
