Payment Terms
  • Payment is due within 30 days from the date of invoicing, unless otherwise specified in the Order Confirmation.
  • A 5% discount may be applied if payment is received within 5 days of the invoice date.
  • Late payments will incur interest at a rate of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
  • Delays, disputes, or complaints do not authorise the Buyer to withhold payment.
  • If the Buyer fails to pay on time, 1981 Fragrance reserves the right to suspend or cancel further orders until all outstanding amounts are settled.
