Each order is carefully packed and prepared for delivery with care. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow its journey to you.
Ireland

All Ireland orders are handled with the same level of care and attention. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow its journey to you.
Dispatch & public holidays
Our weekly dispatch cut-off is Friday at 3pm. Orders are not dispatched over weekends or on public holidays. Any orders placed during these times will be processed on the next working day.
Duties & Taxes
Orders are shipped from our London warehouse. For deliveries outside of the United Kingdom, import duties, taxes, and local VAT may apply once your order reaches its destination.
Where applicable, these charges will either be included at checkout (DDP), or requested by the courier prior to delivery (DDU/DAP). You’ll be notified directly with the next steps to ensure a smooth delivery.
Delivery issues
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we’ll look into it immediately.
While delivery is handled by the courier once dispatched, we’ll always do our best to support and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Shipping address
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout, as we’re unable to make changes once an order has been dispatched.
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address details, additional shipping charges may apply.
