On 6th December, we spent the afternoon at Lewis Yates in Billericay, Essex for The Art of Gifting - an in-store event dedicated to thoughtful presents, beautiful pieces, and the things you’ll want to give (and quietly keep). 

It marked the very first time 1981 launched in-store at Lewis Yates, and it was a real pleasure introducing the collection to their customers. John was on hand throughout the afternoon, talking through the fragrances, helping people discover their signature scent, and guiding gift choices for the festive season ahead.

Alongside fragrance, the store was alive with inspiration. Sancha showcased the latest Anna Beck jewellery arrivals - from everyday favourites to statement pieces - adding another layer to a day centred on considered gifting.

As always, events like these remind us how special it is to experience fragrance properly: in person, on skin, through conversation. A huge thank you to the Lewis Yates team for such a warm welcome, and to everyone who stopped by to explore the collection.
